The White Room Gallery has a long tradition of showcasing outstanding printmakers and
Tim Southall is the perfect case in point.
Born in Staffordshire Tim has exhibited and travelled widely and currently spends his time
working in London, Birmingham and at his home in Spain.
A graduate of the Royal College of Art, Tim is a passionate printmaker creating both
delicate etchings and bolder silkscreen prints. His subject matter can vary dramatically;
inspiration comes from landscape, architecture and historical events and characters. His
work instantly engages the eye with emotive, dramatic and sometimes humorous imagery.
